Centralized Food Processing Puts Us at Risk
20 Oct 2006This very well written article describes (in very easily understood terms) how the centralization and industrialization of food processing in the U.S. has lead to the point where contamination can easily occur and is very hard to track down. It also points out how we could easily make the problem much, much worse.
Rather than talking further about this, I’ll let you read the article. It’s very good. But I would like to point out that there are a lot of parallels in network & systems security that could be drawn here.
